Are you a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy? We're partnering with an established wholesale manufacturing company seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage high-volume payroll for a workforce of approximately 500 employees, including both direct hires and agency staff. This is a contract to hire position and onsite M-F.
? Process full-cycle payroll for 500+ employees on weekly and biweekly schedules
? Administer payroll through Paylocity
? Handle garnishments, audits, and payroll reconciliations
? Reconcile staffing agency invoices and support Accounts Payable
? Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
? Assist with multi-state payroll administration and employee payroll inquiries
? 3+ years of high-volume payroll experience
? Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees
? Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
? Paylocity experience preferred
? Knowledge of payroll reconciliations, garnishments, and agency labor environments
? Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
